Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and machinery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the management team.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
