As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain process, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a positive attitude toward attendance and punctuality.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
