Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect, sort, and package items for shipment and delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
