Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe workspace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and ensure proper labeling of all products.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certificate required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
