Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently.
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
