Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
