Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and data entry.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to comply with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
