Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
