Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
