Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per company protocols
- Conduct daily cycle counts for inventory reconciliation
- Assist in training new team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software training provided)
- Valid driver’s license (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
