Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damages, and correct quantities before processing.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Forklift certification is a plus; we provide training for qualified candidates.
