Job Overview
In this role, you will play a vital part in our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and freight containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming stock, ensuring accuracy against digital inventory systems.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
