Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and damages using our modern WMS systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
