Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Friday-Sunday shifts required)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
