Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize stockrooms, warehouses, or yards to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting procedures.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
