Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in packaging orders for local and national distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and shifts.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work various shifts (Day, Swing, Graveyard).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
