Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
