Responsibilities
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately receive, process, and ship merchandise to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company housekeeping standards.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and warehouse software (SAP, Oracle, or WMS experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
