The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently, orders are shipped accurately, and the warehouse remains a safe and organized space.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders for shipping using industrial equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
