Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory using our WMS system.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure 99% accuracy rates for our clients.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies in inventory or packaging.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing shipments.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
