Responsibilities
- Supplement 15+ team members across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping departments
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation partners for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct weekly safety audits and OSHA compliance training
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Manage inventory reconciliation cycle counts and ERP system updates
- Mentor staff through cross-training programs and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams of 12+ associates in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
