Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital tracking of all warehouse activities
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new team members on safety protocols and operational standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
