- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight with forklift operation
- Maintain precise warehouse organization and safety compliance standards
- Process orders with 99.9% accuracy through digital verification systems
- Train new staff on SOPs and equipment operation protocols
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass training)
- Proficient in basic computer systems and mobile data entry
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
