Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inbound/outbound inventory processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain optimal warehouse organization per OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class D)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
