Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound logistics processes with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement quality control protocols for all shipments
- Train new associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and computer literacy essential
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
