Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect products for quality assurance and proper packaging
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving departments to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills with inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license required
