Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document work activities in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer skills
- Availability for rotating shifts (day/night/weekend)
- Valid driver's license preferred
