Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports, including productivity metrics and operational issues.
- Supervise loading and unloading procedures for trucks, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing productivity metrics.
- Forklift certification and willingness to obtain Hazmat certification (we provide training).
- Strong computer proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
