Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
