Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-performance smart contracts and decentralized protocols using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions for Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability bridges.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and best practices in Web3 development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with major protocols (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and DeFi applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
