In this role, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest time of the week. You will ensure our store operates seamlessly, assist customers with technical inquiries, and maintain a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-house operations and customer service desk during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Resolve customer inquiries and process transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers in finding the right technology solutions and provide product demonstrations.
- Monitor store inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement weekend sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
