Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems (POS).
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain high store cleanliness standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and accountability.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and checking stock levels.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
