Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with finding products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom organization to ensure high visual standards.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive attitude and adherence to company policy.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience is a plus.
