Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process sales orders, returns, and exchanges using our POS and inventory systems.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse displays for weekend operations.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and logistical issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of weekend shipments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify data accuracy and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
