Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Restock merchandise and ensure store displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
