Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests regarding products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upselling & Sales: Identify opportunities to promote our premium services and meet sales targets.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve our internal processes.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational or fixed schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Ability to work onsite in Washington DC or remotely from Ohio (must be reliable internet connection).
