Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately within our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless operations across the week.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
