Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment in high-traffic areas
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
- Adhere to safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Flexible schedule availability (minimum 16 weekend hours/month)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional errands)
