Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests with warm, attentive interactions
- Manage guest check-ins/out processes efficiently using our digital system
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and organization
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
