Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about our merchandise and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
