Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight containers efficiently and safely.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for the upcoming week.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
