Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vital sign measurements during weekend shifts
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and examinations
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Handle patient documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
- Manage inventory and supply ordering for weekend operations
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for weekend appointments
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules (Sat/Sun)
