Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with clinical procedures and medical examinations
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Administer medications and injections under physician supervision
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Handle patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Collaborate with weekend medical team for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
