Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Utilize our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately receive, process, and distribute inventory orders with zero errors.
- Operational Efficiency: Execute daily workflow protocols to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment for our retail partners.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to guarantee product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols, maintaining a hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and improve operational workflows during peak weekend shifts.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all operational training.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays, with the flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our proprietary logistics software.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
