Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and generate regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proven experience in a customer service or logistics role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and MS Office.
