Responsibilities
- Execute weekend inventory management and stock replenishment cycles
- Process customer transactions using POS systems with cash handling accuracy
- Coordinate facility maintenance and cleanliness during weekend operations
- Assist with local event setup and community engagement activities
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on operational procedures
- Monitor safety compliance and report maintenance issues promptly
- Support cross-functional teams during peak weekend operational periods
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional errands
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic inventory management software
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
