Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control systems during weekend shifts.
- Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to meet company standards.
- Perform regular quality control checks to maintain high product integrity and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous logistics or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Certification in forklift operation (OSHA 10) is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
