Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets during assigned weekend shifts.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing accurate solutions to clients.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in weekend training sessions and process improvement meetings.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or operations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
