Responsibilities
- Execute daily sorting, packing, and loading operations with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality assurance and correct labeling.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
