Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
